Freya asleep on the padded bench at the vet's office after her examination. Weight: 9 pounds, 4.5 ounces. [Selecting the picture will show a slightly larger and more detailed version.]
HM, thanks for the help with preventing the spam on my blog, they didn't have that option originally.
Your timing as far as asking if I was going to get another dog is impecable. This weekend, my fiance is on the way out to Ohio (an 11 hour drive) to pick up our new puppy, who we are rescuing from a kill shelter.
I love your choice of names BTW. When we got my cat (Nikko), my first choice of names was Loki. Too bad my fiance put the nix on it, as it's a name that describes his personality almost perfectly.
Best of luck with your two beautiful dogs. Considering her birth date, I can't help but think she might have a little bit of my Freya in her. If so, you're in for a wonderful future together.
Best of luck. I'll keep an eye on your blog from here on out. I should (hopefully) be updating mine soon with some new pictures!
Her master walks Loki most every morning and every night. And he always picks up after her after she does her business. And since M, his girlfriend, strongly suggested it, he always gives her a "cookie" afterwards, too. And verbal praise, of course.
Hey! Everything here is copyrighted by me circa 2005! Except what M wrote .. then it's hers!
